Lawsuit Settled (September 2009):  PRORA and the other parties have reached a settlement with New Life Assisted Living, LLC that is agreeable to all parties. The lawsuit is resolved, and a Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice has been filed with the Court. The letter from Steve Seligman to the neighborhood is attached.

Crime Alert (August 2009):  We have had reports of two burglaries on Persimmon recently, along with multiple reports of petty theft of items such as solar lights and decorations from front yards.  In addition, we have reports that three of our neighbors have had outgoing mail stolen from their mailboxes recently.

NEW LIFE Update:  On October 23, 2008, District Court held a hearing on New Life’s motion to invalidate the covenants, and PRORA/ACC's motion to enforce the June 22 settlement agreement. The Court ruled NOT to invalidate the covenants, but also ruled NOT to enforce the settlement agreement at this time.  A copy of the settlement agreement -- not in force -- is attached for reference.

October 2008:  PRORA recently repainted and restained the Royal Oak
sign at the corner of Royal Oak and Spain.  Thanks for taking pride in the
appearance of our neighborhood!
